New timetables in the Kristiansand area from 14.08.23

The route changes from 14 August will have the greatest impact on travelers in Søgne and Songdalen. In the other areas in the Kristiansand area, there are only minor changes. New route plans in the Kristiansand area apply from 14.08.23. The new timetables are published as soon as they are finalised. Route changes in the Kristiansand area from 14.08.23

Below you will find a description of the biggest changes to the route offer in the Kristiansand area from 14.08.23. In other areas of Kristiansand, there are only minor changes in the form of new timetables.

Changes to line 40 Åros - Høllen - Tangvall - Kristiansand

• Line 40 will increase number of departures on Saturday afternoon/evening​, this means that line 40 will run twice an hour throughout Saturday​ 
• All departures on line 40 will have their final stop at Kristiansand bus terminal in morning deparatures. This means that you must change buses if you are going on to the University in Agder, or use line 40E (where all departures run to and from the University).

Changes to line 40E Åros - Tangvall - Kristiansand express

• All departures on line 40E run to/from the University of Agder
• Line 40E departs every ten minutes from Tangvall to the University in the morning rush and more departures from the University to Tangvall in the afternoon rush
• Line 40E also has departures in the opposite direction, i.e. one departure from the University to Tangvall in the morning rush and several departures from Tangvall to the University in the afternoon rush
• Line A40 is closed and replaced by several departures on line 40E.
• Departures on line 43 between Tangvall and Kristiansand are replaced by several departures on line 40E

Termination of line 41 Tangvall - Langenes - Kristiansand and change of line 42 Tangvall - Langenes

• Line 41 Tangvall - Langenes - Vågsbygd - Kristiansand, will be terminated and replaced by several departures on line 42​ between Langenes and Tangvall. At Tangvall there is a bus change to and from Kristiansand on all departuresThe change means more departures between Langenes and Tangvall in total

NB! Note that in the period 07.08.23 - with an expected duration until the end of the year, construction work in Stauslandsveien will mean that line 42 will have to run an alternative route between Langenes and Tangvall. Line 42 will run via Tjomsemoen during the construction period. 

Changes to line 43 Vedderheia - Tangvall (- Kristiansand) and line 44 Norddalsheia - Tangvall

• Departures that have previously been run in combination such as line 43/line 44 to Vedderheia/Ausviga on the same departure, are split into separate departures, except on Sundays.
• Line 44 changes the destination name from 44 Ausviga to 44 Norddalsheia in the front of the bus

Changes to line 45 Nodelandsheia - Nodeland - Kristiansand

• Line 45 will only run between Nodelandsheia and Kristiansand bus station.
• All departures on line 45 will have a final stop at Kristiansand bus station. This means that you have to change buses if you are going on to the University of Agder, also in the morning rush hours.
• No more corresponding buses in the evenings and weekends in Brennåsen, all departures run directly to/from Kristiansand.​ 
• Line 45 has more departures in weekendw, with hourly frequency throughout Saturday and earlier departures on Sundays.

Endringer på linje 46 Finsland - Stokkeland - Nodeland - Rismyr - Kristiansand

• Line 46 will run the same route in both directions between Lauvslandsmoen and Brandsvoll, it will no longer run via Breivoll.
• Correspondence by bus to Røyrås/Helland and Byremo is moved from Breivoll to Finsland school

New line: Line 48 Hortemo - Tangvall

• Line 48 is a new bus line that will run between Hortemo and Tangvall​ (Søgne viderninge skole)
  • Line 48 runs every hour Monday - Friday between 07:00 and 19:00, every two hours in the evening
  • Line 48 runs every hour on Saturdays between 09:00 and 19:00, every two hours in the evening
  • Line 48 runs every two hours from 14:30 on Sunday
• Departure times suitable to corresponding from line 48 to line 45 towards Kristiansand and from line 45 to line 48 from Kristiansand, which enable journeys between Hortemo and Kristiansansand, also outside rush hour.
• Route for line 48:
  • Hortemotun - Hortemo - Hortemo lower - Songdalsvegen 154 - Skinnarsmoen upper - Skinnarsmoen lower - Nodeland station - Haugenparken C - Songdalen town hall - Løvollvegen - Lysgård - Brennåsen center - Rosseland fv. 439 - Volleberg - Volleberg west - Monan fv. 439 - Klepland - Tangvall C

Line 210 Tangvall - Valand - Mandal
