Consent AKTProfil

Background, personal data, and conditions when creating an AKT Profil ( AKT Profile)

What is an AKT Profile?

An AKT Profile is a logged-in service where your preferences, tickets, and personal information are stored with AKT. If you travel frequently with us, you should provide consent to the use of an AKT Profile.

Processing of personal data

Your use of the AKT Profile is stored. This enables you, over time, to access your history across devices, allows personalised filtering of information for you (e.g., service disruption notifications and travel suggestions), and allows customer support to better understand your situation if something occurs that requires assistance with AKT’s services.

When you consent to the creation of an AKT Profile, the legal basis for this processing of personal data is GDPR Article 6(1)(a), consent.

If you have an unpaid invoice, or an agreement that for other reasons requires you to have an AKT Profile, we will process the information in your profile to the extent necessary to fulfil the agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

You can read more about the purpose of the processing and how we use personal data in the privacy statement.

Terms of use for AKT Tickets

It is not permitted to alter or manipulate fixed content within the application.
Any attempt to recreate the original source code of the software (known as reverse engineering) is strictly prohibited.

AKT’s tickets and/or data made available by AKT may not be copied, transferred, resold, or distributed in any way.
Tickets may only be used on one device at a time. 7-, 30-, and 180-day tickets may be transferred to a new device a limited number of times.

Breach of terms

If the terms of service are not respected, AKT may block the profile from further use. In such cases, AKT will refund any outstanding legitimate claims.

Age requirement

You must be at least 15 years old to create an AKT Profile.

Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent by deleting your profile in the online store. To allow for the possibility that you may change your mind, the profile will not be deleted until after 14 days. You may cancel the deletion by logging in again with the same phone number within the 14-day period.

If you have an active ticket, you cannot delete the profile in the online store, and we ask that you contact customer service to have part of the ticket refunded before the profile is deleted. Alternatively, you may withdraw your consent without contacting customer service by deleting your profile from MinSide. In that case, we recommend that you first note down your order number or ticket number if you have any active tickets.
